Mr. Tatum's vignettes – based on his teen experiences in the then suburban/exurban community of Clinton Maryland – resonate strongly with readers who came of age in the 60s and 70s. Wayne's coming-of-age experiences are told in vivid detail, from unique perspectives, where exhumation of fond and embarrassing memories-from-adolescence are made available for readers of all ages . . ."
